PC material is also called bulletproof rubber, and its scientific name is Polycarbonate.
High strength, good impact resistance, strong anti-aging ability, smooth and delicate surface, anti-ultraviolet radiation, not easy to fade, high temperature resistance. It will not deform within 60 minutes under the environment of 100 ℃, and the ignition point is above 850 degrees. It will automatically go out within 30 seconds after leaving the external fire source.
The cover of the JUNON switch & socket is made of PC material, which is durable and does not turn yellow.
ABS material is a polymer material composed of acrylonitrile, butadine, and styrene
ABS material has the characteristics of good dyeability, good flame retardancy, relatively mature processing technology and relatively cheap price. However, on the other hand,
ABS material has poor toughness, weak impact resistance, short service life and cracks on the surface of the product after long-term use. ABS material is no longer used in switch & socket products of JUNON Company.
Commonly known as nylon-66.
PA66 material has high mechanical strength, high toughness, outstanding fatigue resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good insulation performance, and the disadvantage is water absorption.
4, Tin phosphor bronze
The product code of tin phosphor bronze is: QSn6.5-0.1
6.5 indicates that the tin content is 6% ~ 7%,
0.1 means that the phosphorus content is 0.1 ～ 0.25%,
After anti-oxidation treatment, the surface of the current-carrying part is purple-red, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength, good electrical conductivity, not easy to generate heat, and strong fatigue resistance.
5, Silver alloy contact point
Our company adopts silver-nickel alloy material, which overcomes the defects that pure silver is easy to oxidize, soft texture, low melting point, easy to generate arc, contact point is prone to form needle points due to high temperature.
